it's easy to gain weight. if you stuff yourself with a pizza (wheat) and a soda (sugar) every night. the carbohydrates in those foods are rapidly turned to energy or stored as fat, it sucks. but it doesn't have to suck. you could either eat in moderation or find a low glycemic way to fill up without chewing hard as rock brown rice bread, unless it's steamed.
egg plant pizza
slice a big egg plant two to three millimeters thick with meat slicing knife
put on grill brush with oil
take off when it's like a wrap
put on sauce cheese meat and what ever else
put back on the grill
let cheese melt
done.
