Favourite Final Fantasy game?

What are your favourite Final Fantasy games in general? I overall have to say 7 as that's the only one I played, but I'm planning on starting 9 and also 10 and 10-2

I must admit that I never got into any of the Final Fantasy games. I like the art direction though, especial for some of the female characters. ;)

7 is everyone's go-to installment, but I'm going with 10, mostly because it's the only one I ever played and I liked those characters and story the most. Rumor has it they will be releasing 7 with modern graphics, so a whole new generation will fall in love with it.

As I said in the other thread, I've only ever played 8 and developed a bit of an obsession with it. It's been released for Steam (at least on PC.... Might be time to break out BootCamp and try it out.)
