Other customers with the same provider are also affected.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Our data is still safe. The hosting provider is working around-the-clock to fix it. There&#8217;s nothing we can do from our end (confirmed by <strong>Neo<\/strong>, aka Belly, Inc&#8217;s base-god developer).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">I&#8217;ve given them until <strong>April 6th<\/strong> to resolve it. After which <strong>Neo <\/strong>will migrate all our services to <strong>Vultr.com<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>&#x1f6e0;&#xfe0f; Downtime Start date:<\/strong> 20 March 2025<br><strong>&#x23f3; Estimated Duration:<\/strong> 07th &#8211; 12th April 2025.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">We appreciate your patience and will be back online as soon as possible.
