For what it's worth, my two cents about Wonder Woman movie is that it's an alright flick that you can watch once and that's it. And it's not that it's mediocre in everything; it has legitimately very good parts and bad parts.
Good: The chemistry between the characters. The cute comedy of WW thrown into the human world and acting inappropriately awkwardly in social situations. The action scenes.
Bad: the last 1/4 of the movie devolved into a mindless, horribly boring CGI fest. Once she meets the villain, everything after that goes downhill, including the extremely tired and cliche CGI fight full of explosions and throwing each other 50 meters away. That, and there's also a few continuity / "believability" problems with the "rules of this world", so to say. Nothing too glaring, but it's one of those movies where the more you think of it, looking back, the more of those "hey, wait a minute" moments you'll have.
I've never been a comic fan, I don't have extensive knowledge of neither Marvel's nor DC's characters, so most of the drama about that goes over my head. And I don't have the kind of affection towards superheroines that many members of this forum have. So, I don't know whether Gal Gadot is a good or bad Wonder Woman. She's quite alright as an amazon from legends who is out of her depth in this new world.
