Honestly, I don't have high hopes for Wonder Woman. I mean, I've said it before, but I'll say it again: I have no problem with Gal Gadot as an actress, and I recognize she's had military training before, that's awesome. But she just isn't Wonder Woman to me. She's too... skinny. Like, I don't want to sound like one of those judgmental dickheads about it, because that's not the intent, I just think she needs to be more muscular. Wonder Woman has always had an Amazonian build, and Gal just doesn't have that. If she did, I'd be chill with it entirely, it's just as it stands, she doesn't, so I just can't see her as Wonder Woman. I do hope it ends up being a good movie, but, tying into that, I don't have high hopes for DC after their recent flops. I haven't seen either Suicide Squad or Batman v. Superman, so I can't give an opinion or review, I can only base it off what I've seen and heard.
I mean, I liked Man of Steel. I know some people don't feel Henry Cavill was good at being Superman, and I can understand that, but I thought he did well enough with what he had in Man of Steel. And I liked Zod, I loved Faora, and I liked the other characters. I felt they rushed the 'romance' aspect, the random time jumps were kind of annoying later on, and they didn't flesh out Kal's personality as an adult all that much, I can recognize that. But, I dunno, I liked him. He had that nice guy demeanor, and he had a good build for Supes, and I liked the new interpretation of the costume.
