I'm pretty sure it was producer James Cameron who got all the money for this one. As for Red Sonja, yeah, that still needs to get made. HOWEVER, the actress playing her better get jacked for the role (ala Jessica Biel in Blade 3, Linda Hamilton in Terminator 2, etc.). No more of this Gal Gadot, stick figure BS.

Exactly. For more examples, look in the women of MMA videos of when they are in peak condition during weigh-ins. Of the few things that Snyder got right about the DCEU was hiring fitness models and crossfit women to play the Amazons.

But then again, if I had my way, Rachele Brooke Smith or Jessie Graff would be the leads of every female led action movie. It's not like we're watching them for award caliber acting.
