I was fully convinced that was some kind of photoshop-created image (for some reason the shadows on her belly look fake to me), but nope. Found the original post by the photographer:
On the last pic you can also see a bit of her upper belly, but sadly she has raised the dress with her hands covering most of her stomach, including the belly button.
